I was brought in to align the UK digital product transformation strategy with a highly structured US corporate framework. Collaborating with executive leadership, I translated global brand guidelines into a high-performance UK digital product ecosystem. The core challenge was operational resilience; the local design team was heavily dependent on single-practitioner knowledge, creating a massive delivery bottleneck and exposing the multi-quarter roadmap to systemic risk.
User Experience Architecture
I owned the user experience architecture for the core consumer insurance portal, supporting the redesigning of authentication protocols and onboarding loops to eliminate transactional friction. By focusing on systemic data flows and user access privileges, I transformed a rigid, fragmented entry path into a secure, intuitive gateway that optimized user acquisition and customer retention metrics.
Design Operations Scaling
To establish long-term operational resilience, I dismantled single-practitioner delivery dependencies. I built a transferable, modular design framework and token infrastructure.
