Deployed directly into high-profile public sector bodies during periods of intense national crisis, I spearheaded complex interaction architecture across the UK healthcare ecosystem. During the peak of the pandemic, I designed the real-time national frontline hospital bed capacity interface. This critical system was deployed nationwide, allowing doctors, nurses, and operations teams to securely track infrastructure capacity under extreme operational constraints.
Interaction Discovery & Future-Proofing
Following this initial deployment, I led the user experience discovery phase for the National Vaccinations Digital Service. The core challenge was translating highly volatile, unstandardized offline medical procedures into an accessible, unified online platform. I architected the core interaction models needed to securely automate nationwide booking workflows, manage massive data ingestion, and future-proof strategic crisis care.

Throughout these rapid turnarounds, I acted as the strategic anchor ensuring all digital services aligned tightly with the GOV.UK Design System. By baking rigid accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) and intuitive data visualization into every workflow pattern, I insulated the technical delivery roadmap from structural delays and successfully guided critical healthcare solutions through high-pressure national assessments.
