I re-architected the fractured permissions infrastructure into a unified, automated enterprise portal concept. This required translating dense backend database schemas and complex statutory land rules into an intuitive transactional interface. By mapping systemic user journeys and state-driven dashboard logic, I transformed a slow, manual verification flow into a high-performance digital ecosystem.
GDS Framework & Compliance Integration
Operating under strict public sector mandates, I ensured that the entire portal interface strictly aligned with the GOV.UK Design System. By baking rigid accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) and intuitive data-capture patterns directly into the modular component libraries, I eliminated design-to-engineering delivery friction, insulated the development roadmap against non-compliance defects, and successfully prepared the solution for high-pressure national service assessments.
